Tonight CLINT and BZ talked about a veritable gaggle — no, a shrewdness, a murmuration, an obstinancy, a warren, a pandemonium, a gaggle, a muster, a covey, an unkindness, a maelstrom, a knot, a shiver, an intrusion, a smack, a hive, a prickle, a cauldron of topics partially (but by no means fully or robustly) to include some but not all of the following topics: Leftists are insane.

Senate Dems deliver stunning warning to Supreme Court: ‘Heal’ or face restructuring

Several high-profile Senate Democrats warned the Supreme Court in pointed terms this week that it could face a fundamental restructuring if justices do not take steps to "heal" the court in the near future.

The ominous and unusual warning was delivered as part of a brief filed Monday in a case related to a New York City gun law. Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, Richard Durbin, D-Ill., and Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., referenced rulings by the court's conservative majority in claiming it is suffering from some sort of affliction which must be remedied.

This is nothing more than a naked threat from the Senate, threatening supremacy over another branch of government. This is absolutely unprecedented, as the Demorats are saying, openly, that if more decisions don't go the Demorat way, SCOTUS will pay a serious price. This is clearly threatening the independence of the US Supreme Court.

This is the stuff of actual tyranny. Actual totalitarianism. Could you imagine had the Republicans done something similar?

For whatever reason, the show came to a bit of a crashing halt when the computer froze. Further, the confuser refused to reset when I held the power button down. I had to literally unplug the thing, then plug it back in. That's the hardest reset imaginable. Then, once up and running again, the XSplit program, which hosts our video streams, completely died. It was just one of those nights. That would explain, you see, why the show is split into two parts.
