We on the right are too divided and split, plain and simple. Never Trump vs. Never Hillary, It doesn't even matter why anymore for this election, but for future reference, hopefully conservatives will be allowed to vote still.
It doesn't matter if Trump is who he says he is, or a snake oil salesmen, the delegates will most likely be allowed to unbind just before the convention, and it will be a contested convention.
If so, Cruz will most likely get the nod, no matter what the voters have said. Trump will jump to be an independent as he will be ousted from the GOP essentially on a rule change at the convention.
Cruz can not beat Hillary, too late to restart the campaign, nor sway Trump voters. He is a good man, but he lacks the appeal to many as a presidential candidate. That is not saying he would be good or bad, he just lacks some charisma with alot of people, and we as voters have allowed that to become more important than platforms.
Hillary will get the nod, as her parties system is already corrupted and not needing a rule change at their convention, Bernie will step aside and she will move on.
The Democratic voters, or demodrones as I like to call them, will come out in droves to "elect the first female president" to show how far we have "progressed as a nation". The will view Comey's speech today the same as an aquittal and never question it again. In fact, they will defend it to the end.
We have given this election away to the most beatable Democratic nominee ever, why it happened, doesn't even matter, sadly.
She is the most corrupt candidate in history, and she has an administration and media machine plowing her a clear path.
The next 4 years will see a major assault on the bill of rights, and progressive ideas will be shoved down our throats and passed. Executive actions will be worse. Corruption, much worse.
I hope I am wrong, I truly do. But, based on what i witnessed today, laws and integrity are gone. They are now rules decided by the ruling class, plain and simple and god help you if you oppose them.
I hate to say it, But I am sorry Mr. Franklin, we couldn't keep the Republic....
I only hope I am wrong...
