Trump plants kiss on Republican tax plan

President Donald Trump is planting a kiss on a symbol of the House GOP tax plan. In a meeting with House Republicans, Trump responded enthusiastically when shown two postcard-sized papers some taxpayers would be able to use to file their taxes.
