On Friday, September 18th, Sack Heads SHAUN and BZ heard the news that US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had passed away in her home in Washington DC, at the age of 87. Her husband, Martin, had passed away of metastatic cancer in 2010 at the age of 78.

Shaun and BZ decided to assemble a last-minute SHR Media Network Special Report, "The Passing of Justice Ginsburg: What Next?"

We talked about her life, and then examined the future political possibilities, liabilities and pitfalls of any number of directions the filling of her seat could create in Washington and nationally.

We also had a number of great telephone calls from listeners and past guests regarding the situation.
